All orders are made to order.
Please allow 2–5 business days for production and quality inspection before shipment.
(Custom and high-volume orders may take slightly longer.)
🚚 Shipping Time & Rates
United States: 5–10 business days after processing
International: 10–20 business days after processing
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
⚠️ Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holiday demand.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order anytime from that link.
💳 Shipping Origin
Most items ship directly from our Printify partner facilities in the U.S. (and occasionally international print centers for faster regional delivery).
🚫 Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
ICHTHYS 911 is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or items marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
If this happens, please contact your local post office to open a claim.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns for size or preference.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ichthys911.com, and we’ll make it right.
